You’re in charge …
At any point between the white and orange wires, a multimeter reads 60 Ohms. ( please measure with power removed )
The brown wire is not connected to the module; instead, it runs to the PV (-12V) terminal.
When connecting new wiring to existing wiring, it is easiest to do this with one of the kWh meters where no double wiring is used.
If a resistor (120 Ohms) is used on the kWh meters, it must be removed, leaving two resistors in the circuit (load balancer and module).
The direct load balancer (with housing) has a built-in 120 Ohm resistor.
The indirect load balancer (with coils) is connected according to the above table, see column: Kilowatt hour meters.
The (Indirect) load balancer always has address 3.
