We recently reached Step 3 on the Social Enterprise Performance Ladder (PSO) and we are proud of that! The PSO is the scientifically substantiated measuring instrument and quality mark of TNO that objectively measures and makes visible the degree of social entrepreneurship. The independent assessment by a certifying institution shows that Ecotap offers good quality employment to people at a distance from the labor market.

Inclusive employership

The aim of the PSO is to help more people with a vulnerable labor market position find work in a sustainable and high-quality way. We do this not only by facilitating workplaces in our own organization, but also by encouraging our suppliers and contractors to engage in social entrepreneurship. We consciously choose to purchase products or services from SW companies and/or other PSO-certified organisations. This is also known as chain stimulation. By enabling more organizations to do business in a more social way, we will grow together towards a more inclusive society.

Levels of the PSO Performance Ladder

The PSO quality mark has four performance levels: the Aspirant status, Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3. The idea behind the Step approach is that organizations can grow on the PSO Performance Ladder by offering more employment to vulnerable people in a sustainable way. groups in our society.
